As the Chief of Staff, Tina is a trusted leader responsible for managing day-to-day operations, controlling information flow, and ensuring company strategic initiatives are executed while driving efficiency and alignment. She provides regular guidance for executives and department leaders, and oversees company-wide productivity while developing & driving strategy and contributing to the overall strong organizational structure.A proven operations leader for live entertainment, property & venues with tenured experience in both event management and hospitality. Tina\'s experience includes work with corporate entertainment, venue & artist management and building and leading global operational teams while maintaining a focus on consistent delivery of high-quality, high impact services.(ex-Meta): In her role at Meta, Tina led a global production team from building operational and long term strategy to negotiating vendor contracts and maintaining budgets. Her teams of Technical Producers, Executive Technical Producers, Event Managers and Engineers (with oversight for Business Operations) supported global Meta (facebook) events. This included production/event technical aspects, executive engagements, overall event management, streaming & broadcast support as well as engineering services (including connectivity and hardware). Prior to Meta/Facebook: Tina built operational teams for new and established venues and led them through operational excellence. Based in Las Vegas since 2002, but having worked globally, she is familiar with the landscape and ever changing goals and priorities the industry demands. She has proven skills needed to communicate, build relationships and lead teams to success in these and similar environments.~Dance/Education Bkground: Tina studied dance for over thirty years & taught at a national level. She graduated with Honors from College with two Associates degrees and finished college at Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts Science degree in Project/Production Management & Business.She studied extensively with dance masters around the World. Tina’s work includes choreography for pageants; consulting for production companies; entertainment casting; production management and performances in music videos & industrials. In her spare time she enjoys performing, judging & guest workshops.Extracurricular:Tina has been volunteering with Search & Rescue since 1998, as a K9 handler & support personnel. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis and scuba diving in her spare time.
