As founder of Meaningful Coaching my focus is to help individuals, groups, and organizations succeed in reaching their goals, which often entail influencing others, leading through uncertainty, creating work-life balance, communicating with ease and power, reducing conflict, navigating politics, and following their values. I coach leaders and individual contributors, and facilitate courses in the areas of communication skills, coaching skills, teambuilding, leadership, relational presence, presentation skills, time management, emotional intelligence, executive presence, creativity, conflict management, stress management, wellness, and influence. Common in each workshop is a focus on skill building that incorporates a company’s culture and real life situations.I\'ve attained Master-level facilitation of the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), am certified in several interpersonal assessments, and authored multiple publications including journal articles, and Meaningful Coaching, a book based on the idea that knowing your values as a coach, and the values of your client assist in making the coaching interaction more meaningful for your client.
