With over 17 years of experience in the private and public sectors, I provide strategic guidance to clients to efficiently navigate a broad range of growth management, permitting and planning issues. I enjoy creatively leveraging unique property conditions and locations while maintaining and enhancing the public interest to secure entitlements. Over the years, I have participated in diverse projects ranging from lot creation to large-scale planning developments to mining facilities. My current project focus is to interlink public natural resources and private property to establish distinct communities and non-residential development. My strong relationships with key government staff enable me to facilitate discussions with a variety of stakeholders to resolve complex land use and zoning matters.
