25+ years HR experience within the retail, construction, traffic management, golf, education, childcare and hospitality sectors with strong strategic and generalist skills. Morning all, I am recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join my team. Fully remote or hybrid experience, multi-site experience covering an extensive geographical area. The ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive change through the use of People data and have proven success in delivering a people agenda across an organisation. I am a ‘fixer’ (a title I was given) and really thrive on a challenge and able to cut through to a solution to drive change in a business. With a love for all things minimalist, I enjoy streamlining clunky and wordy organisations and systems to be slick and easy. People are at the heart of what HR is all about, and I believe if an organisation can get this right, with guidance from an experienced HR professional, the rest will fall into place.
