As a graduate of Baruch College with a degree in Computer Information Systems, specializing in Data Analytics, I bring a solid academic background and over seven years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. During this time, I refined my skills in communication, customer service, training, and adaptability within fast-paced environments.My practical experience as a Software Development Intern at Morgan Stanley involved working on projects utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Scala, and Python, along with multiple projects in Relational Database Management using Microsoft Access. Additionally, my internship at Deloitte as an Information Technology Support Analyst allowed me to shadow various office positions, configure and maintain laptops and mobile devices for users, and effectively utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to log and prioritize incidents.Now, I am highly motivated to apply my diverse skill set and experiences in the technology industry. I am actively seeking an entry-level IT help desk role where I can apply my troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, system administration, and cybersecurity skills.
