Hey there! I\'m a seasoned designer/researcher with over 15 years of experience. Since graduating from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2008, I\'ve been passionate about creating user-friendly solutions. Currently, I’m a Principal Product Designer, blending design with strategic thinking to drive impactful results.I’ve worked on some exciting projects over the years, but most recently:Fintech Rebrands: Led two major rebrands for a top fintech app, bringing a fresh look that users loved and aligned with the company’s vision.Process Improvement: Developed processes to enhance design efficiency and quality by creating multiple design systems.User Research: Involved in creating interview guides, conducting interviews, and building prototypes to understand user needs and opportunities for growth in our applications.Diverse Experience: Worked across fintech, healthcare, branding agencies, and freelancing, adapting to various challenges and delivering great results.As a Principal Product Designer, my role involves:Design Strategy: Setting the direction for design projects to align with business goals and user needs.Mentorship: Mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative, creative environment.Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with product managers, engineers, and executives to turn complex requirements into intuitive designs.User-Centered Approach: Advocating for user-centered design, using research and data to guide decisions and create resonant products.What Drives MeI have a passion for crafting engaging user interfaces and interaction designs.
