I am a CIMA qualified Senior Management Consultant, expert in analysing management systems and processes and providing effective, sustainable solutions for national and global organisations – typically identifying weaknesses and risks and implementing processes to improve compliance and reduce cost. I have operated as an Independent Contractor since July 2020 (via Eco and Sage Ltd), helping organisations implement robust management systems and processes by designing practical solutions that meet the needs of all organisation levels.
