As a life-long learner with over 25 years of direct experience and education developing and managing programs for individuals with social communication and behavioral challenges associated with autism spectrum disorder and symptomatically similar developmental disabilities. I have an intense passion for developmental disability community inclusion. My professional goal is to provide practical, hands-on educational opportunities to model and support meaningful community inclusion practices. I specialize in providing organizations and businesses a pathway to build an organizational culture based on understanding, acceptance, accommodation, and inclusion of people with unique challenges and abilities. I have an M.A. in Education with a specialized Autism Certification as well as a Certification in Nonprofit Management.
