   Build and manage all elements of R&D project and program lifecycles across the portfolio of products and partners-Establish and maintain functionally integrated project timelines and budgets to enable accurate project, financial, and portfolio analyses for business planning processes-Partner with project sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders to collaboratively create and execute projects on time, within budget, and at high quality taking into consideration priorities, available resources, dependencies, and other constraints-Lead & manage regulatory efforts in regulatory FDA GRAS efforts for novel products-Coordinate manufacturing efforts for large scale production on ingredient and finished products-Facilitate programs spanning product development, manufacturing, supply chain and regulatory for finished products.
