ABOUT TINA TREBOTICH DIEROFF
I am an institutional senior strategy and stewardship leader with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations translate vision into durable, measurable impact. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, systems, and people—particularly during periods of growth, transition, or organizational complexity. With an academic background in Education and Social Policy, I bring a systems-level lens to organizational leadership, grounded in how structure, culture, incentives, and human behavior interact over time. Throughout my career, I have been trusted to step into environments that require steadiness, judgment, and follow-through—rebuilding underperforming functions, modernizing systems, aligning stakeholders, and restoring clarity when priorities or leadership shift.I am known for translating high-level goals into practical execution: designing processes that hold, clarifying roles and decision paths, anticipating risk, and helping boards, leaders, and teams move forward together without unnecessary disruption. While much of my experience has been in philanthropy and higher education, the core of my work has always centered on institutional effectiveness and long-term stewardship—not transactions.I am currently honored to serve West Point and the Long Gray Line in a high-trust advisory role, supporting institutional stewardship through disciplined stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination. I am particularly interested in foundation, strategy, and organizational leadership roles where thoughtful execution, integrity, and durable impact matter.
