ABOUT TINA STEVENS
Currently the General Manager, within an Independent Mental Health Hospital and previously the Quality and Safety Lead. I have worked within the Mental Health sector for over 7 years. During this time I have been able to grow and develop myself, I am a very passionate learner and am always taking on new development opportunities. My focus and goal is to continue to improve patient care within an inpatient setting and to ensure the patients are always at the core to the work we are doing. The safety and experience for patients and staff is key always. I consistently strive for excellence in patient care and service delivery, in addition I continuously ensure it aligns with best practice and regulatory standards. I have completed my level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship. I am currently coming my level 5 Operations Management diploma with Cygnet Health Care. In March 2024 I completely my level 2 Safeguarding Lead training and in August 2024 I completely my Mental Health First Aider training. I am a passionate leader and stride for further development for myself and my colleagues.
