Internal Events Manager @Lucid Motors

Lucid Motors’ mission is to inspire the adoption of sustainable energy by creating the most captivating luxury electric vehicles, centered around the human experience. • Lead event manager for all internal employee-related events, internal initiatives, and activations for the Lucid brand. • Successfully executed Lucid Newark Headquarters IPO Party for 1,800 employees in July 2021. • Support & execute event programs for Talent Management teams, which focus on new hire orientation, culture, leadership development, and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). • Understand and develop Lucid’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) mission in partnership with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the internal culture, prioritizing the employee base while growing as a global company. • Support & execute event programs for the Talent Acquisition teams, which focus on recruiting, brand awareness, and multiple internship programs across the organization. • Serve as a project manager for internal event needs across multiple departments and office locations such as board meetings, Company All Hands, cultural celebrations, and VIP events at headquarters. • Leverage being part of the Internal Communications team by maintaining high level knowledge of the company’s vision, mission and brand goals and updating a content and events calendar for company-wide communications.
