I am committed and passionate about great delivery in an efficient manner. My broad range of experience (over 30 years) gained from both private, public industry and consultancy as a secretary to trustees, trustee director of defined contribution schemes, pensions management building on a background of administration, developing policy, solutions and governance, liability management and also award winning communications equips me to add value to any organisation. I am proud of successfully transitioning six pension scheme trustee boards down to one which managed six schemes ranging from £12m to £700m. I have taken that board through the most challenging of commercial environments including complex restructuring, valuation negotiations, investment strategy changes, managing advisers and regulator relationships. I am comfortable in complex fast moving environments and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
