Secured $6.8M in financing and oversaw construction of 20-unit permanent supportive housing development in LaGrange, IL. Responsible for planning, development and launch of a health-partner integrated $3.6M medical respite facility in Summit, IL. Developed partnerships and funding for over 225 units of permanent supportive housing. Facilitated the acquisition of three subsidiary entities including a transitional housing program, a 13-unit building for low-income developmentally disabled persons and an 11-site shelter program. Successfully launched transitional housing programs for survivors of domestic violence, re-entry population and homeless transition-aged youth. Leader in COVID19 response efforts resulting in more than $4M in government housing contracts. Currently leading effort to transform a road-side motel into a $14M state-of-the-art fixed-site transitional shelter in Southwest Cook County. Continuum of Care President, 2019. Active board member since 2012.Recognized as Outstanding Woman in Ministry by Cook County Board is Commissioners, 2018Awarded Person of Impact by League of Women Voters, 2017.
