Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of safety performance, appraisal and modification of safe system of work, including sub-contractor evaluations, auditing and monitoring.*Cooperate with EMIP about updating the HSE plan and ensure that emergency preparedness plans are always up to date and that they are readily available.*Ensure that all persons working on SGRE part of the project known the parts of the EHS plan relevant to their work and that they are continually informed of the safety and emergency repardness programs and issues.*Finalize site project HSE site induction material in order to cover every feature of the project.*Facilitate site HSE Talk at the beginning of every work shift as part of the daily briefing/morning meeting.*Monitor training records to ensure that all personnel arriving on site have the relevent training and certification.*Conduct and participate in HSE inspection tours of all work on site by using ENABLON Inspection planner/HSE plan.*Take part in coordination meeting and deliver HSE Inspection reports according to HSE Plan. Coordinate SGRE HSE work with other contractors on site. Follow up on corrective actions from inspections and coordination meetings.*Monitor site conditions to ensure the construction site is at all times orderly and tidy and react quickly to remove potential sources of risk and pollution through regular attendance at all work sites (including Wind Turbine Generators.)*Complete required reports in ENABLON and issue to the EMIP (and site management as required) within the specified timeline.

Furthermore I have worked in Saskatchewan, Canada\'s potash mines, road & lease construction, power/electrical substations (obtaining my level2 non utility-non worker status.) I would like to broaden my knowledge in the offshore construction field and love to be challenged as well as coaching and mentoring workers for safety success on and off the job site. I am currently also working toward my NEBOSH International Diploma and received training for my GWO Global Wind Organization, BOSIET Basic Offshore Safety Induction Emergency Training/HUET Helicopter Underwater Escape Training and also NOGEPA Netherlands Oil Gas Exploration Production Association & OPITO Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization qualifications.
