ABOUT TINA MYLONAS

CFO and senior finance executive with 20+ years of experience leading FP & A, corporate finance, treasury, risk oversight, and strategic planning across high-growth and global organizations.I currently serve as CFO of Finfare Financial, where I oversee the company’s full administrative and operational infrastructure - including Finance, HR, IT, Facilities/Building Management, and Risk/Compliance. I partner closely with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership to drive capital strategy, budgeting, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency while building scalable processes that support sustainable growth. My role centers on aligning financial discipline with organizational strategy and ensuring the systems, people, and governance structures are in place for long-term success.My background includes leadership roles at Banc of California, Arup, ILFC, and consulting, where I built and scaled finance functions, led automation and systems implementations, managed multi-entity operations, oversaw compliance and restructuring initiatives, and delivered strategic insights in fast-moving environments.A CPA and CFE with dual degrees in International Economics and Spanish from UCLA, I bring a global perspective and technical depth to every organization I support.
