My expertise enabled me in 2021 and 2022 to consistently close $3M + per month in my loan pipeline averaging 100 plus loans daily. I have also enjoyed the opportunity of being a corporate trainer/instructor. I have led smaller groups of 20 up to groups of over 200 participants. Other initiatives I have led are spearheading the launch of new branch offices and personally hiring staff for those offices.I am also not afraid to get involved in the technical side of the business, as I demonstrated when I orchestrated the setting up and rolling out of the LOS (Loan Origination System) in our office. It proved instrumental in boosting the productivity and efficiency of our lending operations.One philosophy I have lived by as I’ve grown throughout my career is to give that bit extra, to go the extra mile. That mindset has gained me the appreciation of my teammates and the praise of the managerial team. It is a matter of personal integrity. It makes me feel comfortable in my own skin when I give more than expected.
