ABOUT TINA KLINGELHOEFER

I am an architect of innovation mastering the bandwidth from understanding what users need by user research to ideation and concept design to actual user-centered product design and go-to-market.I have looked at the customers from different angles throughout my whole career. Good architecture, marketing and good innovation always start from the human being. I help companies to build a 360° understanding of their customers and am the voice of the customer that influences the whole innovation process.I help to understand the problem space before going into the solution space, ensure the right problems are being solved, bad ideas fail early and enable the team to iterate good ideas into great solutions, leaning on different research methodologies and empathy, bridging today and future.I facilitate creative problem solving and translate insights into opportunities that inform product decisions. I work together with diverse teams to design, test and de-risk products to create user centered solutions and better user experiences & usability. I bring 20+ years of user centricity and a track record of project implementation to the table. My learner mindset constantly expands my professional space. I believe in doing work that matters, in shaping the future for the better, and designing for good. I am convinced that creative, human centered solutions are the key for reaching net zero and mastering future challenges and transformation- In my current position as User Research & UX Manager in the Global Energy Solutions team of Shell Renewables & Energy Solutions I am working in a diverse, international team with different Shell businesses and portfolio companies using user research to uncover and meet user’s needs to develop relevant products and services that drive value for our customers and for the organization and help to decarbonize the world- For 4 years I have been part of the team that globally developed various products in the field of renewable energies, e.g. e-mobility, charging, heating, energy generation and energy tariffsAlso, I expanded my role into being a Product Owner/Innovation Manager for a proposition to decarbonize residential heat- In my former role as a Marketing Director I helped building an innovation department and launched two innovative products on the German marketBackground image with thanks from https://unsplash.com/de/fotos/sefKM7XR56I?utm_source=unsplash & utm_medium=referral & utm_content=creditShareLink
