ABOUT TINA HECHT

As a highly innovative and performance-focused chief executive officer of healthcare operations, I have gained widespread recognition for driving organizational effectiveness within major healthcare facilities by delivering effective oversight of all finances, personnel, and informational resources. I also navigate consistent and positive change across facility operations, patient care, and the community and ensure adherence to state and federal legislation and JCAHO core measures. Furthermore, I fuel quality control improvement, enhance employee relations, develop top-performing teams, and cultivate a collaborative work culture centered on engagement and support. A few other notable accomplishments during my tenure at South City Hospital of which I am incredibly proud include: • Recovering $2M per month through the successful identification of new revenue cycle management procedures for coding and billing processes; audited coding and coached staff on new practices in collaboration with consultants. • Expanding outpatient clinic visits by 500% patients per week and advancing public relations by partnering with the marketing team to design a robust community outreach program. • Improving patient access to health care by coordinating reliable transportation for patients in socially disadvantaged environments to attend appointments and receive hospital services and medical care.
