As a Human Resources Recruiter, it is important to be on the same page as the applicant to build trust and create a better understanding and share insights regarding employment opportunities, the organization\'s culture, goals, and growth plans. As a Recruiter I listen to the needs of our candidates always making the better decisions to form a perfect match that align with both the candidate and Total Western. I aim to make a long-lasting relationship with many opportunities and a great experience. I always take into consideration the situation of a candidate as I guide candidates with Integrity and the choices I would consider as if I were making choices for my own family. The timing may not always be right in one’s life, but I will ensure the experience I provide will leave an open door that will allow those to return willingly when the time is right.
ABOUT TINA GENEL
I started the Staffing Industry in 1998. I found my purpose the day I walked through the doors of a Staffing Company searching for employment with very little work history let alone the office attire. By the time I returned home a message was left on my answering machine to return the following day at 8:00am. That is where my career began. Here I am 25 years plus later still doing what I love. Helping people and making connections to better the lives of others. In this Industry you have to stop and turn over many heavy rocks along the way. No longer does finding good qualified people come by a dime a dozen at this day in age. Networking, word of mouth, everyone knows someone! If you know of someone searching for an opportunity that might fit my search in Recruitment, please spread the word! Any and all efforts will be greatly appreciated. Remember this, one key person that mentions an opportunity to someone other can change a life forever.
