ABOUT TINA G.

Whilst working within the Alexandra business I have been able to be fundamental and supportive in driving all elements of the strategic plan and developing the financial growth. Starting as a Financial Controller my responsibilities covered forming budgets and the financial overview to drive the business to a leading player within the workwear arena. Alongside this I helped put together much needed processes to assist the efficiencies of credit control, garment forecasting and all-round commercial analysis.Developing within the business I moved into the role of Commercial and Operations Director covering all aspects from customer service through to purchasing, forecasting and all other integral areas to form an evolving strategy. Whilst supporting the commercial growth in this role, it gave me the ability to work with the sales function and enhance the opportunities to assist in growing the sectors that complement the Alexandra business this being Healthcare, Hospitality, Facilities Management and the Public sector. Currently I am now in the role of Senior Director Commercial Sales and Business Operations, having now touched every part of the Alexandra business, I have the Public and SME business for UK and Ireland added to my portfolio of management this enables me to further support the ongoing strategic growth of Alexandra, whilst offering a practical commercial and operational overview and helping guide and drive with my colleagues the International sales development and running the overall operations and commercial area for this wider part of the business.
