About Tina Davis
As a product design and development leader, I have spent the past 20+ years providing passionate creative direction, championing innovations and ‘firsts,’ ensuring categories and products aligned with existing and emerging trends, and representing the Voice of the Customer in every line and SKU. Working with notable industry giants including Libbey and Anchor Hocking, I have developed a reputation as an intentional leader, someone able to set clear expectations, nurture the development of my team, and provide the creativity and thought leadership to excel in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Spending the past 8+ years with Libbey, I have progressed through increasingly accountable positions ranging from product marketing management to creative design leadership, and now, creative direction for product marketing and trends. During my initial years, I infused products with unprecedented creativity, revitalized stagnant offerings, and initiated strategic partnerships to truly understand and represent the customer. Completely transforming foodservice and retail product lines early in my journey, I was asked to cascade those same efforts across the company’s entire product portfolio. As a Creative Design Manager, I drove business through product design and development, impacting all categories within foodservice, retail, and B2B channels in the U.S, Canada, and LATAM. In just 36 months, my team and I delivered almost $100M in new product revenue, maximized product profitability through value engineering, developed best practices-based methodologies to report on key trends, and built a high-performance organization with enviable creative talent. During this time, I also represented the U.S. on the Global Design and Innovation Center of Excellence team. Amid the early days of the pandemic, Libbey created a position for me that would capitalize on my expertise in product design and development, trend awareness, marketing, and creative direction. Setting the stage for long-term product development, I was counted on to provide global trend insights in a rapidly changing climate. In addition, I worked diligently to protect brand equity and Libby’s legacy through creation of a design archive, built a new Internship Program to attract top new talent, and drove the planning and execution of domestic and international trade events, ensuring our brand, story, product vision, and creative pillars were at the forefront of our efforts.
