The goal is to modernize the SCOPE execution architecture, achieve substantial end-to-end performance improvements, and extend platform portability for future growth.In parallel, I am also working on PySCOPE, a Python analytics package designed to empower data scientists by seamlessly integrating the scalability and performance of SCOPE and Cosmos into their existing Python ecosystem. PySCOPE combines the versatility of Python and the familiarity of Pandas with the enterprise-grade, high-performance query processing of SCOPE, enabling efficient large-scale data analysis without leaving the Python environment.
