ABOUT TINA DOLATZADEH
With over 15 years of experience in process improvement, project management, and quality management, I serve as a Technical and Operational Excellence Leader at Element Toronto Life Sciences. I bring extensive knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, ASTM, FDA, and Health Canada regulations, and I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ.At Toronto Life Sciences, I lead a cross-functional team spanning all departments in driving Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma practices. This includes implementing and training staff on 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, SQDC, Kanban, Problem Solving, DMAIC, and audit processes.
