Women have unique challenges when it comes to money and their careers. The pay gap, parenthood, and domestic demands all have an impact on income and career advancement for women. This reality compelled me to carve out a new path for all of us.I began my career with Northwestern Mutual in 2004, working with and leading the best of the best. I’ve been lucky to help coach several financial advisors to top company honors. Others wanted help earning a six-figure income with a balanced life outside of their career. All of them wanted to reward themselves financially for working hard, in a way that works for them. I currently serve as the District Director of the Davis District within Northwestern Mutual – Central Illinois. I created this District with a mission to reduce the gender gap in financial services. I believe women are uniquely talented as financial advisors because they are powerful advocates and guides for their clients. My team and I provide unique resources for women financial advisors to confidently launch their business, so they can see long-term success as they define it.
