ABOUT TINA CZERWINSKI

As a people-centric, high-achieving operations and facilities leader, I have expertise managing large teams, working globally among diverse cultures, and partnering with key stakeholders to achieve outstanding results. Over the course of my career, I’ve distinguished myself as someone who can leverage continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies to improve work procedures, ensure safe operations, and catalyze company growth. Currently, I serve as Director of Manufacturing Operations for the operations and products division within resource industries at Caterpillar, where I manage day-to-day operations for the company’s premiere research and development facility for mining equipment. Before this, I served in numerous other high-level roles at Caterpillar. I’ve made countless significant contributions during these positions, including: • Rallying large-scale teams around a shared vision and demonstrating strong leadership despite pandemic-induced challenges; maintained high employee engagement and production throughout this period. • Creating a culture committed to quality and achieving a 10-year low in defects per unit measure, yielding high customer satisfaction and boosting morale among internal teams.• Successfully overhauling product quality to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. I implemented processes to establish a productive manufacturing footprint, positioning the facility for acquisition by a new company.I’ve devoted my career thus far to guiding diverse, highly engaged teams towards operational excellence.
