I’m a communicator with heart, obsessed (lucky for you) with organization and smiling while doing so. A freelance Project Manger with 15+ years experience combined in broadcast media, digital, production and graphic design/brand creative. I adore seeing creative projects and ideas come to life and think it’s important to find laughter and joy at work while partnering alongside like-minded people who strive for collaborating. My career started with covering the reception desk at Lifetime Television 18 years ago. “Good morning, Lifetime Television” - as I answered phones, opened doors, filed facilities work orders and smiled until my cheeks burned. I was lucky enough to meet amazing colleagues and mentors along the way who were invested in my growth; leaning into job opportunities to learn as much as I could about the layers of the industry. From promotional scheduling, to writing, conducting VO sessions and managing graphics production for tentpole campaigns at MTV - it’s been a fun, learned and fulfilling ride. Gaining insights to what makes any campaign/project successful (thoughtful teamwork across departments above all else)- while discovering a love for art, photography, typography and design. And when I’m not making lists, checking them twice, talking to lawyers and closing loops - I’m exercising my love for painting, watching my plants grow and trying my best to get to bed early. Most early mornings, I can be found huddled in the nook of my couch reading the latest news on mind/body health while keeping an eye toward nurturing creativity, travel and thinking about how I can make the world better through work and being the best version of myself.
