About Tina Cooper

Tina is a consultant, trainer, and facilitator who helps individuals and organizations be ready for what\'s next. She does this in two key ways: 1. By facilitating the design of change strategies to help organizations navigate transformations, and 2. By providing practical and engaging learning experiences to help people hone the skills they\'ll need to make the changes they want for themselves. She is a collaborator who brings strong technical and innovative solutions to life to help her clients answer tough business questions and make strategic decisions. Through this work, she’s seen the critical role strong leadership, relationship building, and communication have on the success of projects and transformations. This drives her passion to help clients hone the leadership and communications skills they’ll need to achieve their goals. Tina has fueled this passion by becoming a seasoned facilitator with experience leading executive level strategy sessions and teaching courses on topics ranging from handling conflicts to understanding statistics. She is an engaging and encouraging trainer who draws out insights and fosters an inclusive learning environment. Tina is a proud advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion In August 2023 she became the President of the Greater Washington Chapter of Ascend, North America’s largest non-profit focused on Pan Asian professional development She was also featured in the 2021 Women Leaders in Consulting Magazine as a Diversity Champion.
