   Tina Page is the vice president of human resources for Ontada, a McKesson company. In this role, she leads the human resources team and serves as an executive advisor to senior leadership. She is responsible for talent strategy, organization design, change management and culture, with a focus on inclusion and diversity. Tina has been with McKesson for 7-years and has served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as the vice president/head of HR for The US Oncology Network (over employees and 400+ sites of care). Additional client groups include Corporate Finance, Customer Operations & Customer Care, Distribution and Supply Chain Operations, Sales, Health Systems, and Independent National Accounts. Her extensive and unique experience in executive leadership, business operations and innovation/process improvement have continuously driven impactful and value-driven results and legacies. Additionally, she serves as the executive sponsor of the employee resource group, PAVE (Pan-Asian Voices for Excellence), which focuses its efforts on providing professional development, fostering business excellence by harnessing strengths found in diverse backgrounds, building cultural awareness and engaging in community events.
