About Tina Archer
After starting my career in the environmental field handling commercial, regulatory and permitting matters for clients in government, private practice and as in-house counsel, I successfully transitioned into healthcare law. I am currently the Deputy General Counsel for a major telehealth company where I lead the commercial contracting function. I have negotiated hundreds of contracts with health plans, employer groups and resellers, including a multi-million dollar federal government subcontract and several major national health plans with commercial and MA/Medicaid lines of business. I advise our clinical, product and revenue cycle management teams on provider matters, platform enhancements and claims/coding issues. I work closely with privacy counsel and InfoSec on HIPAA and data privacy/security matters, as well with our operations and implementation/account management teams on delegated credentialing and day to day client issues. As a business advisor, I have assisted with internal and external regulatory audit and compliance programs. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to all my matters with dedication, enthusiasm, passion and integrity. I am an avid fitness enthusiast.
