Tim Lee, MD, MS is a physician leader at the intersection of clinical care, operations, and digital transformation. His teams have implemented large-scale data integration engines that closed tens of thousands of care gaps across millions of encounters.Before AltaMed, He was a Physician Data Scientist at UCLA Health, where he co-founded the UCLA Health AI Council to establish governance for responsible AI in medicine. He helped develop and publish evaluations of novel NLP models to predict patient complexity and triage high-risk messages.
