ABOUT TIM WHITCHER
I am a technical and strategic advisor with experience across major- and mega- projects on three continents. I spend a lot of my time troubleshooting complex challenges and setting up projects, programmes and portfolios for success either through strategic advice or building the frameworks. Have held P&L roles in a number of organisations and have experience as a technical director, operations director, service line director and bid director which gives me a broad range of insights. As well as work, I actively promote a re-think of how we teach science and engineering to build the next generation of scientists and engineers and mentor and coach future leaders.
