Replaced an EOL Snowplow instance with no event tracking plan — built @gground/analytics, a type-safe SDK with Zod-validated events and a declarative AnalyticsProvider, then executed the full removal in 3 days using AI-assisted development. Feature-flagged migration to Mixpanel, giving product and analytics teams a self-serve tool they could actually interrogate.Led incident response for security breaches caused by SSR implementation flaws — drove the architectural decision to remove SSR entirely. A system that took 3 months to build was safely extracted in just over a week.Upgraded ESLint 5 to 9 flat config across the monorepo, cutting CI lint times by 50% and clearing ~5k type errors. Adopted tsgo (native Go port of the TypeScript compiler), reducing type-check times by two-thirds.
