Like most adolescents, I started out as a young sports enthusiast. Over time, I realised that I had a talent for this sport and wanted to turn my hobby into a career. I therefore decided to embark on a degree course specialising in health management in order to get to know the various facets of the human body and the human psyche. Due to my enthusiasm for the human body and my great passion for conveying a healthy lifestyle, I decided to work as a personal trainer. Because here both attributes are combined and I can develop to my full potential. I am always happy to be able to help you, because health is the most important human asset:)
