Experienced leader with 20+ years leading in Supply Chain, organizational development and project management. As a leader my focus is creating a strong culture centered on development and empowerment. I believe development equates to progress and empowerment to removing barriers (environmental or otherwise) that prevent each team member from being their best every day.I’ve worked both sides of Supply Chain – Operations and Support, working with small teams and teams of 500 + members. I foster relationships to build trust and credibility embracing the mentorship mindset to build future leaders. As a talent coach and culture promoter I assist my team in creating meaningful development plans that lead to growth while role modeling the leadership expectations and values of the organization. I strive to create and maintain a high-performing culture where the team feels heard, appreciated, and part of something larger than the individual. Change is constant - as a crusader/reformer my focus is on leading from the front, transparency, and creating a safe environment for team members to learn and develop. I leverage strong relationships to build a collaborative environment while embracing “thinking big” to solve problems. Networking internally and throughout the organization is important to me – to remove barriers and lead with an abundance mindset.I demonstrate a strong knowledge of business operations, the ability to clearly articulate operational goals and plans, and the removal of roadblocks so leaders can focus on execution, collaboration, and operational improvements.
