I’m a business-focused training and development leader with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering high-impact communication and soft skills programs across international markets.Throughout my career, I’ve led projects, built client relationships, and developed solutions that help people and organizations perform better. As Managing Director of a boutique training firm in China, I oversaw business operations, created tailored learning experiences for global clients, and led cross-functional teams through periods of growth and change. My background includes working with companies in tech, finance, manufacturing, and logistics—often navigating bilingual, cross-cultural environments.Beyond training delivery, I bring strong capabilities in project management, client success, and content development. I’ve built curricula from the ground up, negotiated multi-stakeholder contracts, and led successful client renewals based on trust, consistency, and measurable results.I’m now looking to bring that same people-first approach to a new challenge outside of the education sector—whether in corporate L&D, client success, operations, or internal communications.
