I have worked for Epicor Software since and my current position is a Distinguished Product Manager - Kinetic Core, where I will develop roadmaps for our customers using Kinetic Manufacturing Software. In this role, I speak to many customers as well as all internal Epicor teams to help define the future of Epicor manufacturing software. Prior, I worked for 16+ years as an implementation consultant I had a history of successful implementations across varied industries, including Aerospace, Fabrication, Food, Cosmetics, Medical, Construction, and Electronics. Very comfortable working in both the Manufacturing and Financial aspects of the customer implementations. Familiar with MTO, MTS, ETO, CTO, and mixed-mode manufacturing practices.I specialize in problem resolution, helping end-users as well as management understand ERP concepts, and to get the most out of the software.As an Epicor Tech Support manager: I closed over service calls over 5 ½ years, and held one of the highest customer satisfaction survey scores. Leader on the “Customer Reference Initiative” (CRI) team responsible for resolving Customers’ needs through regular meetings with Development & Support. Prior to Epicor, the experience was almost exclusively with manufacturing companies, holding many positions that gave him the experience to fully understand the needs that many manufacturing companies have.Specialties: Product Management, Implementation, training, & project management of ERP Implementation.
