In April 2025, I took a step that changed the direction of my life.After years in sales and entrepreneurship, I decided to pursue something I’d been drawn to for a long time — commercial real estate.I’d spent most of my career helping businesses grow from the inside out — working in inside and outside sales roles where I learned the value of persistence, relationship-building, and trust. In 2023, my wife and I launched Maid to Clean Commercial Cleaning, a janitorial company that focuses on helping mid-sized businesses manage their facility services. Watching that business take off continues to remind me of how much I enjoy helping others create something meaningful — whether that’s a thriving company, a new space, or a legacy for their family.When I joined Gerspacher Real Estate Group, I brought that same mindset with me — to help clients find not just property, but opportunity.At the end of the day, my work isn’t just about deals or square footage.
