I work with clients during the pre-engagement process to learn the needs of their business and users, and I craft a product strategy for our team to deliver success. My involvement continues on through the engagement leading the discovery, design, validation, and design of a product through workshops, sketching, whiteboarding, interviews, surveys, market and competitive research, user journeys, ideation, and other techniques. Continuing work in my previous role, I built out a product strategy and design practice group that included a user research lead, business analyst, and UI and UX designers. Defined an ever-growing set of practices, processes, and tools. Performed recruiting, evaluating, hiring, mentoring, leading, developing, and career progression planning.
