During my days as a quality inspector and district manager performing store visits, a piece of paper or spreadsheet was as “technical” as it got… I was lucky if I didn’t mess up the scoring calculations and send inaccurate reports to the entire organization! Fast forward a few years, here I am working with all those folks in the trenches and providing mobile technology (and a process) they need to be more efficient. Helping multi-unit operators make their store or restaurant visits more efficient and effective is the name of my game. It is extremely rewarding to transform what many times can be a 6-step spreadsheet intensive process to an easy-to-use mobile app to report on all-things operations and bring the entire team together!
