I am a confident and well-rounded CIPD-qualified Human Resources leader with 20 years\' experience in both the public and private sectors.The breadth of my experience includes line managing a busy, high volume recruitment team in a healthcare setting, working in a generalist HR role for one of the world\'s leading Conservatoires and as a Business Partner for a privately-owned commercial group of education businesses. I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management) and an accredited workplace mediator (National Certificate in Workplace Mediation).I am a true strategic partner and have a broad experience of working with managers across the whole HR generalist remit.
