ABOUT TIM PORTER
I\'ve been a freelance Motion Designer since 2005. I originally started my career as a film editor for a small production studio in Ireland. I had the opportunity to edit a host of different TV adverts for clients such as RTE, Sky and Universal Music. It was my first true eye-opening experience into the break neck speed of the media and television industry. Client requests quickly became more varied and my interest in animation and design was ever-increasing, so I took it upon myself to learn the tools of the trade. With more and more focus on motion graphics, a greater freedom came with it, as there were far less creative limits and boundaries to contend with.In 2008, I moved back to the UK to start up as a freelance Motion Designer. I had the opportunity to work with a host of amazing clients including: Sony, Microsoft, BBC, Universal, Barclays, Aviva, Zurich, GSK, Pfizer, IKEA, John Lewis, EasyJet and Redbull to name a few.I continue to love the motion design and production process, and continually strive to develop the quality and creativity of my work higher each year.
