With over 20 years of legal experience, I am a seasoned senior counsel with a passion for labor and employment law, compliance, and litigation. I currently work as Lead Counsel in the Employment Law Group at FedEx, where I provide advice and counsel to human resources and field management on a variety of personnel matters. I thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can leverage my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver effective and practical solutions for the business.In my previous role as a managing attorney at AutoZone, I led a team of attorneys and support staff to handle employment administrative charges, litigation strategy, and outside counsel spend.
