Lead of Accounts Payable Team 3 [September 2021 - March 2022] We formed a new team consisting of 10+ individuals to manage the Accounts Payable operations for all German legal entities. Lead of Accounts Payable Team 1 [April 2022 - January 2023] In April 2022 we restructured our Accounts Payable operations in the GTC and moved from three to two Teams. My Team, consisting of up to 30+ individuals, is now managing all Accounts Payable services for our legal entities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, UK, US, Canada & Brazil. We have integrated new Team Coordinator and Senior Accountant positions to further improve our structure and foster internal development. Lead of Accounts Payable [February 2023 - Today] Acting as the single Team Lead for all Accounts Payable operations at KWS Group worldwide, managing 200k+ invoices and ~50 individuals.
