I\'m the Principal Investigator of a government contract advancing the state of art in time, frequency, position, and velocity estimation to enhance our military\'s coherent sensing and electronic effects capabilities. I\'m simulating a national time standard system to validate that the estimation algorithm optimally fuses multiple time and frequency data sources. I designed and modeled a new FGPA-based low noise synthesizer, in Simulink. I researched novel anomaly detectors/classifiers, and tested algorithms to improve the GPS resiliency of our products, using Python.
