I\'m at my best solving complex, multi-disciplinary challenges where engineering judgment, commercial acumen, financial analysis, and stakeholder alignment all have to come together.At Amazon Web Services (AWS), I serve as a Senior Program Manager in the Data Center Energy organization, supporting carbon-free energy (CFE) procurement and technical due diligence for multi-gigawatt renewable energy projects globally. My work spans evaluation of interconnection, permitting, environmental impact, real estate, energy yield, and developer capability - collaborating with independent engineers and resolving technical risks and delivering actionable recommendations ahead of PPA execution.Earlier in my career, I led long-term distribution and generation planning for microgrid communities in regional Western Australia at Horizon Power, and at ComEd in Chicago I led a project closeout team supporting a $100M+ portfolio of infrastructure projects - overseeing contractor progress tracking, program reporting, and guiding the team through project closeout.Beyond my professional work, I\'m committed to giving back to the engineering community and supporting the next generation of professionals. I served as Global Young Professionals Chairperson, leading a team of 20 regional leads to serve members across 160 countries - work I found deeply meaningful in connecting early-career engineers with mentorship, resources, and each other. I was honored to receive the 2015 MGA Leadership Award in recognition of that service.

   Senior PM within AWS\'s Data Center Energy organization, leading carbon-free energy procurement reporting and multi-GW renewable energy technical due diligence, and providing energy and program expertise across power and water capital planning.• Manage technical due diligence for multi-GW of multi-billion dollar global carbon free energy projects, assessing interconnection, permitting, environmental, real estate, energy yield, and developer capability; reviewing and quality checking independent engineer deliverables, resolving risk items and translating technical findings into risk scores and recommendations for deal leads and management.• Manage global carbon-free energy portfolio reporting, tracking carbon free energy agreements against procurement targets to identify volume gaps, execution risks, and opportunities.• Lead cross-functional senior management working group for multi-billion dollar capital and operating budget planning process for power and water infrastructure; developed improvement roadmap securing buy-in from ~20 managers.• Build in-house due diligence reporting, process and documentation, improving team efficiency; authored Salesforce BRD for CFE module enhancements driving process standardization.• Secured $1M+ funding and established GRID Alternatives partnership delivering community rooftop solar in Eastern Oregon.
