Also support Xfinity Home products including IOT Smart Devices and Pods and pre-paid kits. Create monthly S & OP review material including Key Metrics and Financial Results and Outlook.• Stabilized in-stock metrics the first few months of 2019 and then met or exceeded objectives every month since. Implemented more stringent in-stock metrics for key SKUs designated as Hero SKUs.• Identified key deficiencies in configuration of planning tool and oversaw necessary changes. Led to a reduction of 10 days in inventory on-hand (DOS metrics) and contributed to improvement in in-stock metrics.• Formalized CPFR meeting structure with all suppliers and changed PO placement processes to ensure better supply while minimizing inventory risk.• Managed through multiple waves of Covid store closures and pivoted to greater D2C sales and roll-out as closed stores re-opened.
