Grew the kids volunteer team size from 35 volunteers to 200 volunteers.Managing staff members, leading meetings, and developing systems. Researching, analyzing, and enhancing church engagement and retention through key initiatives. Architected the strategy for launching and multiplying from one location to three locations. Designed a ministry training center to train future pastors and ministry leaders through internships, residencies, and classwork via lecture/lab environments. Church size has grown from 600 to 2,600.
