On behalf of America\'s dairy farmers and Dairy Management, Inc, I lead industry-wide teams and convene the dairy community through the Innovation Center for U. S. Dairy. With a team of industry and academic Food Safety experts, focus on identifying best practices and sharing those practices through training, guides, and web based resources. Lead a Research Consortium to identify the next generation of pathogen controls, and lead sub-teams focused on helping Artisan, small business, and farmstead dairy processors. The Innovation Center engages the entire dairy value chain to advance and communicate social responsibility priorities including environmental stewardship, animal care, food security and food safety.
