I believe in improvement. This applies to me personally - I\'m about as competitive as they come and I am never satisfied - but more importantly, I love to help others in their journey to improve. That is what has drawn me to coaching and working in youth sports.Second, I believe it is important for everyone to find a form of physical activity they enjoy. Tennis is one of my favorite forms of exercise (and competition), and I have loved helping young athletes develop within a game that will keep them active and healthy throughout their lives.
